During our recent visit to Branson, my family had the opportunity to check out Castle Rock Resort, an indoor water park! I am having the hardest time getting over my jet lag and the time change. I really didn't think being in a different time zone for 4 days would get me this off schedule, but I was wrong. I had the pleasure of attending the Cars 2 Premiere courtesy of Disney, and I can't even begin to tell you how amazing my experience was. The day started off great, but I think I made my first mistake when I skipped breakfast. I boarded a plane for Huston, which was a quick and uneventful flight. I assumed I would be able to grab some lunch during the layover, but I had forgotten how big the airport is.
