When I first started having babies almost 9 years ago, I could have never imagined myself driving a minivan. I was the proud owner of a Toyota Camry, the only car I would EVER need! I quickly learned that even one baby is hard to get around in a small car, but about 14 months later, I learned that two babies was even harder! All you have to do is load your double stroller in the trunk to realize that a car is made for people without children!
I think one I the reasons I dreaded getting a bigger vehicle, was because my car was like an extension of my personality, and I didn’t feel like I was a box minivan type person. Can you tell I hadn’t paid attention to the style of minivans since power doors were introduced?!
Now 9 years and 4 kiddos later, and I see that my life is a lot simpler with a minivan. When you are lugging children to and from school, gymnastics, soccer games, birthday parties, or fishing trips you NEED lots of room. Not only do you need room for them, but you need room for all the gear that comes along with them. When I open the back of my minivan I never know what I’ll find, but I always know regardless of how much “stuff” I’m hauling for them, I’ll still have plenty of room for the few important things I need to haul, like groceries!
With four active kids I really can’t imagine myself without a minivan! Have you considered joining the minivan club? What’s stopping you? Does the thought of driving a minivan make you feel like your losing the last part of your identity? You should check out these toyota sienna special offers, these aren’t your mama’s minivans! The new 2012 Toyota Sienna’s have a completely fresh look that screams “this ride rocks” and not “this is what I’m forced to drive”!
