Good morning!
As I write this I am listening to the sounds of laughter, pool balls clanking, and Beauty and the Beast playing on the big screen. What wonderful sounds on a beautiful Sunday morning in Orlando. As much as I love the sounds of roller coasters and splashing wales sometimes I just want a little time to relax and enjoy being together. After all vacation is a time to get a little rest…right? We have never been too good at chillaxing while on vacation, and for the most part I blame our age. We are in our late 20′s so we still have the energy and stamina to play all day at amusement parks.
This year we are trying a little bit of a different strategy.
Rest and play, rest and play…. That’s the goal. We hope that this year we will return home not feeling like we need another vacation to recover from our trip!
This year I packed a little lighter. I knew we’d have a washer and driver in our Orlando vacation home, so I decided not to pack everything we own! I also thought it might be a good idea to make use of some of the amenities of staying here in Windsor Hills. They have tennis courts, a movie theater, game room, fitness room, and of course a pool with a slide! These are things we miss out on when we spend all day at the parks, so we are going to take a little time for those things this week.
Do you find that you spend your vacations running around like a chicken with your head cut off, or do you relax when you vacay?
This is what we’re doing…what are you up to?

I live here! Welcome! I think I will hit the parks NEXT week. This is the last week of the crazy tourist slam! BTW – Sea World is the BEST park we have. I do not work for them or any other parks, but I think Sea World is the MOST fun… and they have 2 roller coasters for you youngin's. Dont forget to use the parent benefit, you get to to do a child trade and get back in the front of the line! You have to ride alone, but when one of you get off a ride ask for the child swap pass.
Your question was…..what are we doing………..we are wishing we were there with you!!!! Sounds like you found a great place!
