Our family spends a lot of time outdoors especially during the summer. From beach vacations to running clubs we spend a lot of time in the sun, and if you have ever visited the coast you know that the sun here is brutal. That’s why we always use sunblock to protect our children’s skin from sun damage…
BUT
Let me be honest… I hated sunblock before I started using Wet Skin. Not only was it thick, goopy, and oh so white, but it was oily and got all over everything when I would but it on the kids. Then after doing all that work (and trying to keep the sand from getting stuck all over them when the wind blew) as soon as they started sweating or got in the water I would watch it roll right off their skin! Talk about annoying. Needless to say I never used sunblock on my own skin, I would rather have a burn than deal with that goop all over my skin.It got to a point last year where Jordan (my eight year old) actually asked me to stop using sunblock on him at soccer because the other kids would ask him what was all over his shirt.
Jordan tested Wet Skin sunblock out during his recent running practice (he joined the Young Runners Club this year and has to run at least 1 mile every day).
Wet Skin solves every issue we had with our old sunblock and more. Not only is this sunblock clear, you also don’t have to touch it (although as you can see Jordan felt the need ti rub it in after I sprayed it on, some habits die hard). You just spray it on and let ‘em run! Although I did spray it on my hands to see if it was oily, and it wasn’t! Now Jordan can get sprayed down before practice and no one ever has to know!

Wet Skin isn’t just easier to use and more convenient than other sunblock brands, it also utilizes Helioplex technology which no other brand uses. Take a look at what Heliplex technology does for your skin:
Avobenzone is one of the best UVA blockers approved by the FDA, but it is highly unstable when exposed to sunlight. Neutrogena was the first in the US market to introduce sun protection in which Avobenzone was stabilized using Oxybenzone and DEHN, effectively providing better, longer protection from harmful UVA rays. This breakthrough technology was called Helioplex®.
With time, and as science has progressed, the Helioplex® name has come to encompass additional technologies and ingredients beyond DEHN while continuing to provide the same benefits of stabilized sun protection.
Today Helioplex® represents a breadth of stabilized sunscreen technologies that deliver superior protection from the sun. When you choose a sunblock with the name Helioplex®, you can be certain that you are using one that was specifically engineered to deliver superior UV protection that is broad spectrum and photostable.

That is so awesome that he joined a running club! My dad (now 60) has been running since he was 18!!
I totally agree about most sunscreens. They are a paint to use and end up everywhere, so I am going to give this a try!
Best sunscreen for kids!
I'm super impressed by your son's running!
I agree – Wet Skin is a Mom's best friends. They make it so easy.
Sounds like a great product and how awesome that he runs a mile every day! Good for you for instilling how important it is to exercise early on!
I agree with you, I never used to like sunscreen very much either. I started using Neutrogena products last year, and loved them, but this new Wet Skin takes the cake! Your son runs one mile everyday? Tell him I call him Superman!
