I don’t care who you are, at some point you have probably dealt with bad breath or worried about having bad breath. I am a very self -conscious person so I am always worried about my breath. I hate it when people get right up in my face because I am so worried about my breath I can hardly pay attention to what they are saying. It’s not that I’ve ever noticed I have bad breath or anything like that but it’s just a fear of mine. Also, I drink coffee and I think that really makes your breath stink, so that’s another reason I think it’s always on my mind.
I was surprised by the amount of information provided on the TheraBreath website about bad breath and various other dental health issues.
I can tell you that I loved the products. I reviewed the toothpaste, mouth rinse, and lozenges, and they all worked great. I could tell because it was almost like the products sanitized my mouth. Unlike sugary gums and mints my mouth felt clean.

As far as the taste, it’s not what I am used to (super sweet and pepperminty) but it wasn’t bad. It had a “clean” taste to it, if that makes sense. The flavors used a extremely light compared to what I’m used to and the prices are reasonable compared to other brands.
I would definitely recommend these products to anyone dealing with bad breath, and anyone who worries about bad breath. These products are a real confidence booster because you know you have fresh breath!
Here are a few things I learned about my breath:
- Bad breath is universal. No matter how good you brush and floss your mouth still has germs in it that cause bad breath.
- Germs tend to hide in large numbers in the back of your throat and sinus’ so a the oral rinse is a must-have.
- Dry mouth (caused by some medications) can cause bad breath. Resorting the proper moisture with the Fresh breath lozenges can solve that problem.

I brush my teeth twice a day and floss, but I don't like using other oral products. Wonder why. This looks like it might be worth trying.
