Bright Starts 14 Days Of Laughter Giveaway

As a mom of four I have spent many of the last 7 years trying to find a product that would keep a baby entertained so I could get a few things done around the house. After so many years (and on my last child!), Bright Starts has come to my rescue!

I was blessed to be chosen to participate in the 14 Days Of Laughter Campaign! Bright Starts sent me the product of my choice, from the NEW InGenuity Collection to test out in my home and share here on my blog. I chose to review the InGenuity Cradle and Sway Swing. 

To be honest I am not really sure why I went with the swing. Only one of my children ever cared for the swing, and that was my firstborn! You would think that by now I would have learned my lesson. When my daughter was born in Oct. a friend of mine gave me a swing for her. She did fine with it in the beginning but by the time she was 2 months old she had gotten to the point where she would cry as soon as we put her in the seat. Out to the garage it went, along with all of the other gear we no longer use.

When I received the swing I opened the box, grabbed the directions and had it together in less than 30 minutes. It was much easier than the majority of baby products I have assembled! Once I got it up and running I had my daughter give it a test drive, she was in love. Not only did she enjoy swaying from side-to-side much better than front-to-back, she is fascinated by the mobile.

This shower keeps her happy, allowing me to get my work done around the house. She has even fallen asleep in it, which is amazing to me because she only sleeps in her crib or her car seat. I also love the design, it is adorable. I think that this collection design would complement any nursery theme because the colors scheme is soft and soothing.

I can truly say the only thing I can think of to improve this swing is add an adapter, that way even if you forget to buy batteries for a week you can still use it!
