Gummy Lump sells a great variety of what I like to call “real” toys! They are toys that promote imaginative play instead of discouraging it like many electronic toys can do. That’s what I love about play food! Play food can bring about so many different styles of play. You can play the role of chef, waitress, business owner, farmer, food fight starter (can be slightly painful with wooden food! LOL), hungry kid, if you think it you can pretend it! My boys like to turn the food cutting box into a competition to see who can cut up and put the food back together the fastest! Boys, everything’s a competition!
She doesn’t even know that she is developing her motor skills with Velcro!
I don’t know why, but I always enjoy watching them test play food! Over and over again she will taste it, just to make sure it didn’t somehow become real!
