Wanna know what I think about this?
A little background: My boys (5&6 yrs old) LOVE to play online games.
My issue with the 6yr old is that he is always navigating to other sites, clicking ads, and downloading software, games, and tool bars to my computer! A week before I reviewed this he was actually grounded from my computer for LIFE (I ate those words!) for downloading yet another stinkin' tool bar!
On to the 5yr old.... when he gets online to play games I hear "Mahhhhhmmm help me I can't find the games" or "it's frozen again" or "how do you spell Nick Jr. dot com again?".

As a mother of 4 these issues can be quite time consuming when, their time on the web should allow me to focus more on other things!

Now on to the review! I heart Zoodles.com! I really do, it was exactly what I was looking for and didn't even know it!
This is a breakdown of the many reasons I LOVE this website:

- You download a browser that your child launches right from your desktop, from here they are in what I like to call the "safe zone". It is super simple, all they have to do is click their picture and they are taken to their "toy box" to choose a game. While inside the browser they cannot download anything (like toolbars....I'm over it, really I am!), there are no ad's to click, and they cannot venture onto any web pages you would not want their little eyes to see!

- Parent Control Center- This is a great feature as it keeps your child playing the games you want them to. Don't like a certain game, character, or website? Just take it off your child's list of options and it will no longer show up in their "toy box"! Also, if your child prefers to skip math or reading games all together but they really need extra time spent on these games you can just bump those subjects up and MORE of these games will show up than the others! You can even disable the ability to print (for those of us who don't want to get a second job just to buy paper and ink). You also get a really cool weekly email with the details of your child's "play time", so you know just what they are doing and you can make adjustments accordingly.

-The games available are games from sites my children love. These include: Nick Jr., Playhouse Disney, PBS Kids, Starfall, FunSchool, Fisher-Price and so many more!

I truly believe that Zoodles.com is a site that you and your child will LOVE!

Great review. It was very informative and funny. It was a pleasure to read. If I had small children I would certainly try this out.
