Thanks to SheSpeaks I was able to test and review the new Iso-Active toothpaste from Aquafresh. I have to say that I was really impressed with this toothpaste! It has a great minty flavor that proved refreshing and mild enough for my children. I was a little skeptical when I saw the commercial about this new “foaming” toothpaste, but I really enjoyed it! After brushing I can honestly say I felt like I had just come from the dentist! I also noticed after about a week that my teeth are indeed whiter (that’s always nice).
All in all I would say this toothpaste is held it’s own and with the coupons you can get online it is a good buy.
Now with that said I do have one complaint:
THE CAN.
It’s really stylish and unique but the gel comes out too quickly and can be really wasteful until you “learn” how to use it. I wouldn’t recommend leaving it in a young child’s bathroom! My boys actually bring the can to me so that I can put it on the brush or it would have been gone a few days after we got it! It also really only takes just a drop so you may want to model this for your kids many times before handing it over.
Like I said the Aquafresh Io-Active toothpaste itself is really light and refreshing as far as the tastes, and it does leave you with a clean mouth. As far as getting in between the teeth, I am not really sure I would be able to judge that. my teeth are crooked and lay on top of each other a little, so I doubt anything but floss would help my teeth.
